Google, Belgian newspapers from search results were removed, again to include in its index. The French – and German-language newspapers were excluded because of a court order relating to the service, Google News.

The search giant takes the papers back on because Copiepresse, in which the Belgian newspapers are united, promises, has done so Google no longer fines risk due to an earlier court order, reports a spokesperson to The Standard. A judge ruled earlier that Google all the references to the French – and German-language newspapers in the Copiepresse are united, all of his sites had to remove, on pain of a fine. The newspapers were, however, know that it is only the intention was that referrals from Google News were removed, where the newspapers still through the search engine to find.

Because, in the opinion of the court meant that references to Copiepresse newspapers in its entirety from the Google-sites had to be removed, are the publishers with Google to sit down. Afterwards, the search giant immediately started to the newspapers back in the search index. Nothing was said about the references in Google News, so it is reasonable to assume that the prohibition to the Belgian newspapers to refer continues to exist.
