Google has the German Miniatur Wunderland added to Google Maps. To the large miniatuurspoorlandschap to capture were small cars and trains, which are equipped with 360-gradencamera.
Google also made a miniature version of the cars that the regular Street View images can be recorded. This car however, is purely decorative; the actual images were created with voertuigjes less finished eyes. A lot of technical details about the custom voertuigjes Google not, but on pictures you can see that it is going to be a train and a car at the front and rear of a fisheye lens.
In a video gives Google a behind the scenes look at the making of the Street View images in the German miniatuurwonderwereld. To see the result is also a special website, with an overview of all locations. The Miniatur Wunderland, located in Hamburg, is the world’s largest modelspoortentoonstelling.
