Hardware manufacturer Corsair has released a new series of power supplies on the market. The Enthusiast Series consists of four modular power supplies with Bronze-certificate and with maximumvermogens ranging from 550 to 850 watts.
The Enthusiast Series consists of four modular-executed power supply of the 80PLus organization to use the designation ” Bronze will be allowed to carry. The power supplies are similar to the TX V2 series, Corsair, but offer the user the option to have unused cables. Not all of the cables however, are modular; in addition to the moederbordvoedingskabels there seems to be at least a pci-express power plug to the power supply. The fixed cables are sleeves for a neat finish, while the modular cables are flat running.
The power supplies are equipped with a 140mm fan and can five year warranty count. The maximum supply capabilities of the power supplies amounts 550W for the TX550M, 650W for the TX650M, 750W for the TX750M and the top model, the TX850M, a maximum of 850W to deliver. The 12V rail is only running and, of course, are the necessary protections, such as protection against short circuits, present. European prices are not yet known, but in Corsairs homeland would be the models 109, 129, 149 and 169 dollar costs.
