Apple, the U.s. International Trade Commission requested the import of HTC devices in the United States to block. The manufacturer of the iPhone claimed that HTC several patents of the company’s policy.
If Apple has its way, there may be several HTC devices no longer be sold in the United States, reports Bloomberg. The basis for this is a new indictment of Apple, that the ITC is deposited.
