Lenovo introduces new ThinkServer and ThinkCentre

Lenovo has a new ThinkServer with Xeon E3-1200 processor released. The server for small businesses with comprehensive remote-management tools provided. Also comes Lenovo with a new ThinkCentre desktop for businesses.

The ThinkServer TS130 is with a single processor from Intel’s new Xeon E3-1200 line released. Intel has processors in april introduced, and one model after it goes to quadcoremodellen with a clock speed of 2.4 and 3.5 GHz. The tdp’s are between 45 and 95W. The dualcoremodel has a tdp of 20W.

The TS130 is a tower with four ddr3 slots and the system can be up to 16GB memory to be fitted. There are two 3.5″bays, two sata600 and two sata300 interfaces. Lenovo used 7200rpm drives with a maximum storage capacity of 2TB. In addition, the system supports internal usb or external rdx cartridges with a maximum storage capacity of 500GB.

The small server has two 5.25″bays and two pci-e 2.0 slots. The model comes with Intel’s Advanced Management Technology tools provided and it has support for kvm remote access. The ThinkServer TS130 is 414 euros including vat cost.

The ThinkCentre M71e is a instapdesktop for companies with Intel Sandy Bridge processors is provided. In addition, Lenovo provides the models are optionally available with a Radeon HD 6450 with up to 1TB of storage capacity or with a ssd 160GB and 8GB memory. The M71e is in the Netherlands is 495 euro including vat cost.
