The Japanese displayfabrikant Iiyama released its latest ProLite-monitor released. The business model has a screen diagonal of 20 inches and a resolution of 1600-by-900 pixels. The display is available immediately in Europe.
The Iiyama ProLite B2008HDS stands on a foot that secure the display assembly ten inches in height. The screen can also be rotated 90 degrees to be in portrait mode to be used. In addition, it can display twenty degrees above or five degrees downward tilting. The 20″panel is a tn panel, and has a contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a brightness of 250cd/m2.
The resolution of the new ProLite is 1600×900 pixels and the refresh time is 2ms. The screen is equipped with an analog D-sub connector and a dvi-d connector. The B2008HDS verstookt an average of about 25W, while in standby mode, only 1W of power is included. The monitor is equipped with two 1W speakers. The black screen is for 129 euros available.
