Last Sunday was the Event-the festival for the last time in a whole day gegamed; Monday was the departure day and everyone was kindly requested his stuff to pack and to go home. After the departure of all visitors stayed the fieldadmins, the volunteers and the organizers. They are Monday started with the break down of the Event 2008. So had all the fences removed, they had to be demolished and the entire field had to be left clean.
In the previous redactieblog we have written about the casemodcompo and the Camptentcup. Our own AlexanderB has with his koffermod participated with the casemodcompo, but he is unfortunately not in the awards. In the end, the alienmod the first prize here.
Where T@C but my successes have been booked in the Camptentcup. Thanks to the good performance on the ‘duizelbaan’ was our team on a shared third place. Although the first place was already out of reach, could the second spot on the podium yet to be conquered by winning the last part of the Camptentcup. That last part was waterballonvolley. Each team of four persons was on a volleyball standing; two members of the team had water balloons to throw and the other two, they had to then pick up. Each team was given fifty balloons and the team with the most balloons managed to catch without that break went, was of course the most points.
The T@C-team managed 41 balloons successfully catch and that was good for first place. The victory in this part also made sure that we are in the final classification of a shared third place to second place, climbing with great prizes, such as a number of games, to our tent were able to return.
Another compo, that just as in the previous years by the people of Wallylan was organized, it was the tv tunescompo. Everyone at the Event was on Friday night at 21.00 hrs a pen and paper they get, then as many as possible fragments from movies, sounds from games or intros of tv shows to name. That was not easy, because some fragments are delayed, accelerated, or backwards were played.
Just like two years ago, the T@C’ers cuber and AK47 together to make the tv-tunescompo participated, and with success: this ‘T@C All Stars’team did this year again most of the tv tunes to recognize. Our heroes have a computer, a barebone, a motherboard and a bunch of games inherited.
