Very good router for a too big price (lwa 300,-). Only recommended to people who are regularly a lot of data to drag and have no problem with the price.
Pros
- A lot of functionality/options in the Firmware
- Fast CPU
- Running on an OpenWRT variant, which means that the software is extendable
- Dual Band ability: 2,4 and 5.0 Ghz wi-fi connections combine for extra speed (if you have other devices that also support it)
- Android/iOS app to router settings
Cons
- Price
- Wifi range not better than a (much) cheaper Asus RT-AC66U
Final conclusion
Score: 4Per criterion
Reliability
Score: 5

FeaturesetZeer extensive and expandable! You paid a lot for, but you also get quite a bit for: A fast CPU, expandable, open source firmware, reasonable wi-fi range, nice design (iig in my opinion

Other zijkantPrestatiesDeze router contains one of the fastest CPUs available for routers, so that is excellent.Wireless bereikDe max is at 20 meters. The router to head height (on a PC-case on a table) and there is a window and a wooden shed. Top (first floor) is the connection a lot less, but that comes through a concrete wall and ceiling. That will always be a hekelpunt stay with Wi-fi.Reliability and stabiliteitKan I have not much to say. I have him in 2 weeks, need to test, what not a period is where where you the router can really test how stable and reliable it is. In the short time that I’ve used it, it was stable (no crazy crashes oid), Take this only with a small grain of salt.BeheerbaarheidRedelijk raft of (setting) display toggle and the option screens are nice and clear. If you have an abbreviation you do not know, an answer is a google away from you.
There is a screen available for new users, but also an Advanced panel for advanced options want to have.
The beginning screen. Below you can see all the standard optieschermen.
And as the last a single screenshot for the advanced options:
As an alternative, you may perhaps better their own router build and there is a 10Gbit (or faster) network card in douwen (and in your other machines of course) if you regematig a lot of data you are dragging. This is of course only useful if you have ssd’s that have the network speeds is also indeed can take place.Additional file: Sitecom USB Control CenterDit program is located on the CD and can be used to set up a network printer and scanner to connect/set-up. Personally, I use our printer is not so often (only a few times a year), so I also have not bothered to test it via the router.
