OnePlus says that the only new models of its One smartphone to sell, and so no devices that have already been repaired. Thus the company reacts to sounds that the repaired models sneaked as a new provide to customers.
On his forum, let the Chinese manufacturer know that it is aware of the sounds on delivery of repaired, and so second-hand smartphones to customers that a new ordered. From posts on the internet appeared has OnePlus a total of seven cases, able to find out where there seemed to be delivery of a refurbished One.
These cases are investigated and the manufacturer has the forum set out what according to them was wrong. So there would be, among others there are errors in the delivery service, and installation of the software and a number of misunderstandings, but in none of the cases a repaired smartphone have been delivered, says the Chinese manufacturer.
OnePlus argues that the cases in which notification was made about delivery of a repaired One have to do with poor quality control. The factory where the One is produced would now be encouraged to be better here, watch out.
