When a fate question is how the EU is the outlet pressure of time and completely unnecessary, says Bernd Riegert. The British should prefer to choose a new Parliament and a Premier, to be clear, what you really want.

The Brexit-the timetable is becoming more and more confusing. Prime Minister Boris Johnson defends himself, but he must realise that he is still without an extension of the Brexit-period, his newly-negotiated contract with the EU through the intricate maze to get to the British house of Commons to. The speaker of Parliament has rejected a re-vote on the withdrawal agreement. First of all, the government would have to submit now the execution of laws for the Brexit Treaty with the EU.

To adopt this extremely complex piece of legislation in good time prior to the date targeted for the end date on the next Thursday, appears to be more than sporty. The members of wag with a number of Amendments. And also the house of lords, the second chamber of the British Parliament, has a say in the legislative process, nor is it a word. Similar to complex laws need for the necessary three readings, at least a quarter of a year, and not the good week that is now left of it.

Johnson is ripe

The stubborn Johnson has his political fate to the 31. October linked. With or without a contract to get out of the EU, his faith was a commitment in 90 days, he is now Prime Minister. Without a Deal, a discharge is excluded, however, the Parliament in London. Johnson had to ask Brussels for an extension of the negotiation phase. And that will decide the EU in the event of a case, also unanimously, to avoid a “hard Brexit”, i.e. a departure of the British without Treaty network and the double bottom of a transitional period. It is in their own interest, because a Kamikaze-Brexit à la Boris Johnson can only lead to a Disaster.

The second Option for Johnson, Brexit, with the Deal to the end of the month, is due to the resistance in the Parliament and of the increasingly complex process is becoming increasingly unlikely. From the point of view of the EU, there are for no reason. The Brexit-the date of Halloween is set in April, random. If he pulls the self-set benchmarks now, can Boris Johnson are actually looking for just new elections, for which he has no majority. He could also resign and new elections to trigger, if the Parliament cannot agree in Westminister on a successor.

Extension of the outlet stage seems to be essential

New elections would, however, make an extension of the negotiation period under article 50 of the EU treaties is necessary, otherwise the hard Brexit threatens next week. In order to defuse the Drama of the Brexit, and to take the completely unnecessary time pressure from the process, it should authorise the EU now quickly and without Hesitation to extend it. At best, the ends would be, if the British are as far as. So Boris Johnson and any successors would have taken the opportunity, with arbitrary deadlines, pressure on the negotiating partners and parliamentarians to exercise.

Sure is only that the Brexit will employ longer. But that is no reason to Brexit-fatigue! It is only important that the United Kingdom will not be catapulted without a contract from the EU. It would be best anyway, the British would remain simple. The next steps would be: renewal, withdrawal, Boris Johnson’s, re-election and maybe even a second Referendum, to correct the historical error of the Brexit.
