To have conceded in the remand seat at the end of the Ex-Chairman of Nissan and Mitsubishi, and Carlos Ghosn, pirated, millions of a Dutch subsidiary company. Ghosn had received from the Dutch joint venture without the required consultation with the other Board members, around 7,8 million euros. This was the result of a joint internal audit of Nissan, and Mitsubishi.
Millions of “illegally collected”
The 64-year-old Ghosn had once saved Nissan from Bankruptcy and together with Renault and Mitsubishi, a powerful international Alliance forged. 19. (NMBV) a contract of employment without notice to his former Deputy, Hiroto Saikawa, Nissan or Mitsubishi boss Osamu Masuko, announced Nissan. The Japanese car maker Nissan wants to get the approximately eight million euros from his former CEO. Nissan consider this payment as a “result of misconduct” and will demand the full amount of Ghosn.

Charges for the new allegations are not yet available. Meanwhile, Ghosns attorney has re-filed with the court a request for release on bail. The court had denied Ghosn previously a release from prison, an appeal against the district court denied. Up to a process might be months. An appointment there is not. That Ghosn comes previously out on bail, is considered to be unlikely.
At Renault, Ghosn, however, is still officially the boss of the group. But now Renault is preparing for a change in leadership. The “best solution for the future leadership of the group will be searched,” said the President of the Renault Board of Directors chief Philippe Lagayette.
