“Photo Director” is available for Android and iOS. The functionality of the free Version, however, is relatively limited. Useful tools such as object removal or “cut” are only in the paid version or a subscription permanently available.
Most of the Standard Tools in the App are both accurate and are also suitable for beginners. For some of the effects of the operation, however, is somewhat more complicated and less intuitive.
