Tracey Kiss received faulty breast implants. Today, she says, suffer under the consequences. Now, Kiss in damages from the TÜV Rheinland wants to, as one of around 5000 applicants. On Monday, the process begins.
“It means a lot to me that today I am strong again and not this pile of misery, to which I was to become because of PIP”, says Tracey Kiss, while lifting in a gym with Weights. The TÜV Rheinland explains, however, that he was himself a victim of the fraud: “PIP had built a perfect System of deception on the basis of forged documents”, says the lawyer of the company, Cecile Derycke.
