After the election in Bosnia, the country is paralyzed furthermore, politically, the CDU Bundestag Deputy Michael Brand. The population should want a change from the inside and abroad support.

DW: Bosnia-Herzegovina has chosen. How do you rate the result?
Michael Brand: The misery goes on, and called a halt. The nationalist parties have more Say, block no scruples in the state. That the voters of this political caste expect nothing more, shows the again lower turnout. But the real vote will be Yes for years the feet – especially young and qualified people leave in great style one’s own country.
The biggest enemy of a United Bosnia was now elected President. How do you see the election of the leader of the Bosnian Serbs, Milorad Dodik, into the state Bureau?
Dodik is a political arsonist for years. How someone wants to represent a serious a state, he fought with all means? He will continue to block and light the wick. That Dodik plucked at the election, and obviously only just been elected, is a delicate Signal. Tens of thousands of people in Banja Luka because of the mysterious murder of the 21-year-old David Dragičević on the road, is a glimmer of hope. Many questions remain, the unworthy behavior of both of these come even to the family, provoke the anger of the people.
Michael Brand: “It moves little in Bosnia-Herzegovina”
The Bosnian Muslims have chosen Sefik Dzaferovic in the three-member State presidency. As a representative of the Bosnian Croats is surprisingly been instead of Dragan Covic of the Croat Zeljko Komsic in the three-member State presidency chosen.

Bosnian politicians talk a lot about reform agenda, it will move but little. There are a lot of window dressing in the absence of concrete progress in the judicial area, the issue of the rule of law or of the administrative reform. No one should be fooled that some of the stubborn unwillingness would be overlooked. One has the impression that some officials can live well with the Work in the state – at the expense of the long-beleaguered population. This is a risky game. What a lot of “power normal” Bosnians angry, and also me, is that the Bosnian political caste a lot of talk about Europe, but very to the own interests thinks.
There is a need for Change, the EU and Germany have to tackle?
Sure. It is the highest time to correct old mistakes, before you drop us into Europe back on its feet. Bosnia was paralyzed by Dayton so far. No country in the world that has three presidents – such as Bosnia. No country has received so ethnic, discriminatory constitutional system of Bosnia with the Dayton. The Dayton Constitution would fail in each European country, because it is a step back in Western civilization. Dayton has pushed territories back and forth like in the classic manner of the imperialism and a country divided according to racial criteria. Today, Europe words complained of in the basic functions blocked state of Bosnia. But instead of complaining, we need courage, especially political courage for a sustainable Change of the then Dayton-trade. Bosnia deserves this kind of courage for a long time, especially since the stability on the Balkans in the German and European interest, not least in view of a modern European Islam, the radicalisation nobody wants.
What needs to happen is that Bosnia comes to the path of stability?
New opportunities must be seized. The work and the open Naming of the problem. It is now the “normal” Bosnians, to make more pressure in Bosnia and internationally. The state has long been so bad, because so far in the Bosnian policy, as in the case of the diplomats, no real solutions will be sought. You can turn things for Good, by problems to be fixed and accepted. Also, the Dayton Constitution remains a heavy millstone, which inhibits the development at all levels. For Bosnia, like Europe, the wise old saying: by their deeds ye shall know them!
