Long they have been ignored by the fashion industry: style-conscious Muslim women. That is, a Chador, and hijab must not be old-fashioned and pious appearance, is shown in an exhibition in San Francisco.

Muslim fashion is battling in the Western world is still against prejudice. “Many people believe that all Muslim women must cover their body and face,” says Jill D’allesandro, curator of the exhibition “Contemporary Muslim Fashion” at the M. H. de Young Memorial Museum in San Francisco. “Hijabistas” and “Mipster” in the Trend
