The sculpture of a giant head that looks out over the Thames and during the night its color depending on the mood of the viewer changes, is the newest attraction on London’s trendy South Bank.

The factory “Head Above Water” (head above water), by furniture and lighting designer Steuart Padwick is to promote awareness of mental health issues. The work was installed on the occasion of the London Design Fair, which opened on Saturday.
