The apartment was in 1843, and built many of the historic items have remained in the apartment to receive the stucco of the Ceilings and a decorative fireplace, for example. The stucco Ceilings were restored in 2004 with the help of archival images, before the residents moved in. Previously the rooms were separated by interior walls and the stucco, therefore, is partially destroyed. Because the apartment was had in the Soviet period and even before the Revolution, communal apartments, a communal apartment, in which a lot of people kitchen and bathroom shared and single rooms, which have been reduced in size. Since then, the family moved into the apartment, the Design of the apartment is a permanent project of the couple. Some of the objects in the apartment, found the resident in the apartment already. Others are historical Russian objects found in antique store. These objects were acquired in the ‘ 90s on the country and then resold. With these elements, the designer preserved the historical atmosphere of the apartment.
