US actor Burt Reynolds is dead

The Hollywood legend died with 82 years. The several U.S. media consistently report. The mustachioed actor was especially in the 1970s and 1980s, a movie star.

The 82-Year-old died in a hospital in Florida, said his Manager, Erik Kritzer, the trade journal “Hollywood Reporter”. Among Reynolds ‘ most successful films, “When you Die, everyone is the First”, “Smokey and the bandit” and “Highway hell”.

Origin and rise of

Burt Reynolds was born in 1936 in the US state of Georgia and was for six decades in front of the camera. On the maternal side of his family is mostly of Italian origin, his grandmother on his father’s side was a Cherokee Indian. Hard in early years of career stood at the beginning of his career. In 1958, Reynolds received at the Hyde Park Playhouse in New York, an Engagement, and was a guest star in the TV series “Riverboat”. Subsequently, he worked as an actor and Stuntman in movies. From 1962, he performed for three years as Indian blacksmith Quint Asper in the TV Western series “gunsmoke” in 1966, he got his own Detective series, “Hawk”. In the meantime, they offered him also in the movie the main roles in the spaghetti Western “On his boots stuck blood” (1966), where he played a native American Cowboy.

Sex symbol and Macho

“Burt Reynolds was one of my heroes,” wrote Arnold Schwarzenegger on Twitter. Tennis legend Boris Becker paid tribute to Reynolds as “one of the last icons of Hollywood”.
