More migrants with a Job in Germany

The number of migrants and refugees have found work in Germany has risen within a year. The competent authority is satisfied – even if the statistics leaves open questions.

The Federal employment Agency (BA) has drawn up a positive balance sheet in the Integration of migrants and refugees on the German labour market.

According to recent statistics, more than 300,000 people from the eight main countries of Asylum had, in may, a Job – and in order to 103,000 more than in the same month last year. “It’s all very well,” said BA CEO Detlef Scheele. The refugee situation on the labour market give no reason to paint black.
