The Rabobank begins Thursday with the output of the Rabo Scanner, the scanner for security codes for online banking, and mobile banking. Within a year and a half all customers a Rabo Scanner in place of the current reader.
Rabobank customers in phases the scanner to send; they can’t choose when they are the replacement for the current Random Reader to receive. For now, the apps and the site, which both systems of payment to confirm next to each other, says the bank. The first customers get the scanner this week.
Customers must bring their debit card in the Rabo Scanner to stop, and the color code on the screen of the device that they use for online banking or mobile banking, such as a smartphone, then scan with the camera of the scanner. The scanner replaces the Random Reader, a device that signeercodes generates, on the basis of the codes and the pin code of the user. These codes are necessary to make payments with online banking and mobile banking. Thanks to the scanner, customers do less codes to enter. The outdated Random Readers can at a local branch of the Rabobank to be surrendered, so that this eco-friendly can be processed.
From Thursday, customers of the bank also changed login screen of Rabo internet Banking and other registratieschermen and signeerschermen of Rabo Mobielbankieren presented. Also payments through paypal or online payments with a credit card, Rabobank, customers get a different signeerscherm to see.
