Gaming has little influence on students, as evidenced by large-scale survey in the Uk. Children who have little gaming appeared slightly more satisfied with their lives and something more social, but that effect was small. The opposite effect was seen in children who have a lot of gaming.

The link between gaming and psychosocial adjustment of school students between 10 and 15 years is very weak, but significant, says researcher Andrew Przybylski in the research that Monday he publishes in the American scientific journal Pediatrics. In addition, says the researcher nothing about cause and effect: he notes only that children who have little gaming better adjusted and have less problems with friendships.

In an interview for the own site of the university says the researcher is that gaming is, anyway, little influence seems to have on the lives of children: influences such as family circumstances, relationships at school and material situation are according to him much more important.

To the investigation, about 5,000 British students, and the group is according to the researcher will be representative for that age group in Great Britain. The researcher used questionnaires to various elements to be measured, including how long the students per day at the games were and how adapted they behaved.
