Telenet and Voo give 3g licenses back

The Belgian isp Telenet and its Walloon counterpart For giving the 3g-licenses in 2011, she bought back. According to Telenet and Voo, the Belgian legislation it is currently impossible to make a cost-effective cellular network roll-out.
