Microsoft is considering Cortana for iOS and Android to bring

Microsoft is discussing internally whether the digital assistant Cortana should be releasing on iOS and Android. Cortana is in Windows Phone 8.1. Between the nose and lips by Microsoft to confirm that Cortana on Windows comes out.
