Telenet 35.800 aggrieved customers compensate

Telenet has announced that it 35.800 internet customers is going to compensate for overpaid fees. The kabelaar by consumer organisation Test-achats attacked because of “illegal” fees, and then Test-Purchase has won the case.

The Brussels court of commerce was the Test-achats agrees that the Telenet in August 2011, in an illegal and unilateral price increase is instituted.
