Netflix accounts for 5 to 10 percent of data traffic at UPC

The netherlands seems to be a hefty number of Netflix subscribers that are also actively watching. Although Netflix about self no numbers to publish, this may be inferred from the data. UPC is the video service now accounts for 5% to 10% of all network traffic.

From a tour among several Dutch providers it appears that no single isp is keen at providing figures about the use and consumption of Netflix on their networks.
