The new Nvidia Tegra K1 soc, which in addition to four ARM Cortex A15 cores also 192 Cuda cores are found, in a number of graphical benchmarks significantly faster than the gpu in the Apple A7 soc. Also the Snapdragon 800 and Tegra 4-soc’s to be defeated.

That report Toms Hardware during CES, a number of benchmarks could be run on the ThinkVision 28, a uhd monitor from Lenovo running Android can be rotated and that the system was in fact an all-in-one can be called. The monitor is internally equipped with a Tegra K1 soc and 2GB of ram, together with 32GB of flash storage, and a large number of connections. The soc seems to be in the ThinkVision 28, with a speed of 2GHz not at full revs: Nvidia claims that the K1 and 2.3 GHz clocked.

In the Future, 3DMark benchmark, the Tegra K1 is by far the highest scores. The iPhone 5s, which Apple A7-soc is to find the slowest, followed by the Tegra 4 and Snapdragon 800 in, respectively, a EVGA Tegra Note 7 and a Google Nexus 5. The difference in performance would probably be even greater if the Tegra K1 is higher clocked was by Lenovo.

Also the off-screen benchmark GFXBench shows a clear performance difference, all scores the Tegra K1 as the last in the on-screen test. This is explained by the fact that the gpu cores a uhd screen should fill, while the other devices screens with significantly lower resolutions. The Antutu benchmark, in which all aspects of a soc are subject to a benchmark, allows the Tegra 4 to win, but this may have occurred because the K1 is not at full speed.
