The first photos of the alleged successor of the HTC One are online published. The photos show a smartphone that is known under the codename M8, and just like the One aluminum housing.
A difference with the HTC One it seems that the smartphone on the photo’s edges are of aluminium. HTC used the plastic edges on the One for the antennas, because metal wireless signals bad pass. However, there are still edges on the back of the device. In addition, the accuklep however, apparently, something in the One max also can.
The photos have been published by the Chinese site ePrice, which earlier this year turned out to be correct rumors published about the One max and the Sony Xperia Z1. On the back is above the openings for the camera and the flash have an opening to see. Where that is, is unclear. The One max has an extra opening for the finger print scanner, but that is square. The phone in the photos is blue: HTC often makes the prototypes in color, and then the unit itself first in more conservative colorways like gray or white available.
HTC has already often said that this year no successor for the HTC One. The M8 therefore, in the spring of 2014 come true. Other features or specs of the phone are not yet clear. Probably makes HTC a new version of its Sense skin for the M8. Earlier this year HTC staff arrested for stealing documents about Sense 6.
