Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of publisher Rockstar, has the brand name, Bully captured. It wants the brand name to use for a game, it appears from the request. If there is a sequel to the pestgame from 2006, is unknown.

Take-Two Interactive appears to be the request for renewed use of the brand name on July 25, filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, discovered the website GameSpot. The publisher wants the brand name to use for the computer and video game programs and software and related things like wallpapers, screensavers, and trailers. Take-Two or its subsidiary, Rockstar have no new Bully game announced and so it is not clear whether there is a sequel to the first game of 2006 in the making, or that Take-Two, the brand name has documented to prevent another company to get going.
