Intel is going to do his best to become more active in the market for mobile chips. In that market, Intel has almost completely passed against ARM, whose chips are in almost all tablets and phones are found. The new ceo of Intel is there, however, it is not down.

In a meeting with investors, said Brian Krzanich on his first day as ceo of Intel that he is planning to make the company more active in the market for mobile chips. “We are not easily indented in that market segment”, said Krzanich, according to Businessweek.

Krzanich shows Intel’s position in the mobile market, however, not yet as a lost cause. He thinks that Intel’s assets, the company will help to continue to grow in that area. With those assets he means probably both the knowledge and means of production as the financial capital of the company.

The new ceo wants that the company can better respond to new developments. This is important as consumers increasingly gain more power, says Krzanich. “The life cycle of devices, and that market share is now very short,” said Krzanich. “The consumer is the driving force.” Said before departing ceo Paul Otellini told The Atlantic that he afterwards, too, that Intel the ability to the cpu of the iPhone to deliver has not seized.
