Electronic Arts has announced that a new game in the Sims series works. Sims 4 is currently in development for both pc and Mac and sometime in 2014 come true. About new gameplay features, the developer has yet published anything.
Via a short announcement to let EA know that the new Sims currently in development, and in 2014 should release. About specific gameplay features allow the developer is not out yet, says EA that players in the fourth Sims game, ‘a deeper connection’ with their Sims will develop.
Further reports EA explicitly that Sims 4 a single-player offline experience’ will be. That is a clear reference to the recently released SimCity game, which works only on systems with an active internet connection. At the launch of that game were the servers quickly overloaded, causing many users the game could not play.
It is not likely that Will Wright in the development of the game involved. Wright is the mastermind behind the first SimCity games and is also the spiritual father of the Sims games. The latest title in EA developed, was Spore. Maxis, the studio that once Wright was founded and is now a part of EA, is in the development of the new Sims involved.
