Court: use of ‘Appstore’ by Amazon is no misleading advertising

Amazon misleads consumers with the use of the term ‘Appstore’ for its application store for Kindle Fire to refer, as the judge in the US determined. Apple pursues a lawsuit against Amazon because the term confusion with its ‘App Store’.
