Omega dlc Mass Effect 3 will not appear on Wii U

Publisher Electronic Arts has announced that the Omega dlc for Mass Effect 3 for the Wii U will appear. The extension appears at the end of november for the pc, Xbox 360 and PS3. According to developer BioWare is Omega the most comprehensive dlc package for the game.

Via the official Twitter account of Mass Effect 3 publisher Electronic Arts know that the Omega dlc, unfortunately, will not be available for the Wii U’. Why the expansion, which developer BioWare is described as “the most comprehensive downloadable content package for Mass Effect 3′ does not appear for the new console of Nintendo, is unknown.

The dlc will appear on 27 november for the pc and Xbox 360 and a day later for the PlayStation 3. The Mass Effect version for the Wii U will appear on 30 november, at the same time with the Wii U itself. Electronic Arts does not close completely, which Omega later still to the Wii U. ‘Never say never’, replies the publisher via the same Twitter feed.

The Wii U version of the game, however, contains a number of dlc packages that have previously appeared on the market. The Wii U version, an additional character, the Extended Cut expansion that the end of the campaign changes and the first multiplayer expansions: Resurgence, Rebellion and Earth. Not all extensions that are released for the Xbox 360, PS3 and pc versions of Mass Effect 3 are included in the Wii U edition: the single-player expansion, Leviathan, and the last multiplayer expansion Retaliation to Nintendo’s console is not present. Also the weapon packs are not in the Wii U version included.

Mass Effect 3 for Wii U
