Western Digital’s new external hard drives in the PassPort series to be released. The my Passport Edge drives are thinner than the previous series. The drives feature usb 3.0 interfaces and have 500GB of storage capacity.
The new, thinner Passport Edge drives will be in two versions, each with 500GB of storage capacity are available. A regular version with a usb 3.0 port is intended for consumers with a pc and the drives are ntfs-formatted. The enclosure is black, and only 12.8 millimeters thick.
