Id Software is looking for a programmer for ‘future-generation consoles’

Developer id Software is looking for someone who is at a user interface for a game for “future-generation consoles’ is going to work. Thus, it is clear that the creators of Doom and Quake games for the next generation of video game consoles are started.

On the jobs page of Zenimax Media, the parent company of id Software, has a vacancy for a UI Programmer to find. This must go to work on ‘cutting-edge technology for an unannounced game on future-generation consoles” would appear. The programmer should include scripting languages as Adobe’s Actionscript control.

There are also indications that developer Infinity Ward, the studio behind Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, a game for the next generation of consoles works. Andrew Aye, that since January 2011, the lead engineer and project manager of the company, has on his personal website states that he stands at the head of a team of 50 people to a game engine works. With his team, has Aye a ‘new high-end DX11 implementation was made, that ‘a competitive suite of new rendering features”. The new engine is for an unannounced project. The definition of work suggests that the game where Infinity Ward is working on, is meant for the consoles both Microsoft and Sony in development.
