Google buys payment service TxVia to Wallet to expand

Google has the company TxVia acquired. TxVia is a company that develops technology for the processing of digital payments. With the acquisition hopes the internetgigant its own payment service Wallet to extend.

On his blog let Google know that TxVia among other things acquired for his betaaltechnologie, but the consideration was not disclosed. TxVia would be about 100 million betaalaccounts manage, so Google with the incorporation access to a large number of customers. Both companies worked for the acquisition all along, probably to help Google his own services to get off the ground.

Also has TxVia connections with major payment processors. This would make Google more opportunities to its own payment service Wallet to get off the ground. You may want to Google with the acquisition of it services outside the United States may expand. Currently, Wallet is only on a limited scale in the U.S. to use.

Google released its own payment service Wallet last year. In the meantime, the company has the service associated with Checkout, other payment service, which, among other applications in the application store Play for Android need to be settled. Google has not yet achieved great success with the Wallet; but only a few shops to support it and also telecom providers seem not standing in line for the payment service on smart phones to allow for mobile payments via nfc. To Wallet popular, would the internetgigant consider to be companies with a larger share of the proceeds.
