A German judge has ruled that Motorola infringes on an Apple patent in which a technique is described for a mobile device to unlock with a slide-movement. A sales ban is perhaps the result.

According to the district court of Munich makes Motorola infringed on the patent EP1964022, of which Apple is the owner.
