Cooler Master showed a not yet fully developed cooler to see at the CES in Las Vegas. The design of the TPC-812 is final, but the production is not ready yet: the performance would still need to improve.

Because the production process is not yet ready for mass production could Cooler Master still no definitive figures about the performance, but the TPC-812 would tenminst 300W should be able to dissipate. A new draft would cause them: the cooler is built around a u-shaped vapor chamber, a kind of flattened heat pipe. There are also regular heatpipes, six 8mm copies, processed in support of the vapor chamber.

In a test set-up was the new cooler compared to Corsairs H80 water cooler set and turned out to be a Thuban under Prime95 load, between one and four degrees cooler than the H80. That was the last, just as the TPC-812, of a single 120mm fan instead of two pieces. According to Cooler Master had their cooler a disadvantage, having regard to the supply of air along the graphics card ran, but the H80 is obviously designed for two fans. The cooler must be from the end of march for the seventy dollar available.
