Namco Bandai will uitgeefrechten The Witcher 2 back

Publisher Namco Bandai Partners via a lawsuit the uitgeefrechten of the Xbox 360 version of The Witcher 2 to be recovered. This is an agreement that certain that THQ, the game was allowed to spend, no longer apply.

Namco Bandai Partners brought in last summer, the pc version of The Witcher 2: Assassin’s of Kings on the market, but THQ announced at the end of June to the system console versions of that game are going to spend. Then harnessed Namco immediately filed a lawsuit. The Japanese company blamed ontwikkelstudio CD Projekt breach of the distribution agreement by a patch out that drm protection removed from the pc version and to conclude a deal with THQ. Namco Bandai Partners and THQ have not yet commented on the ruling. Or which has consequences for the release date of The Witcher 2 for the Xbox 360 is not yet known. The game is scheduled for the first quarter of 2012.
