I’m a weather novice athlete after several knee problems, and I have the vivosmart now for over a week in use.
The goal I have with the vivosmart is to provide an extra incentive to have to keep moving.
And we can do that for sure!, if you are still for to long is to vibrate the watch, and report : Move 🙂
The watch is lovely, is very light and you almost have to have that you’re wearing it.
That it is waterproof is also very fine, you can give him, so while in the shower, just omhouden.
The objectives that the vivosmart automatically for me, writing are often not to achieve what I normally do on a day.
Because of this, I am motivated to be just a bit more to move or just an additional kick to take so I the objectives or goals.

By means of a connection with a smartphone, you can easily find all the data of the daily activity tracking.
In the beginning it’s still a bit of a challenge, because you can just about set everything.
Also the music player on the phone can be operated, but did this function not yet used.
Also nice is it to get your heart rate to measure your wrist, and not with a single breast band.
What I do miss is a GPS function, although this icm, a variety of apps on your phone can use.

All in all an excellent watch for this price!
Nice Extra features are : messages from social media come in on your watch! as well as the weather.
