Russia has the Ukraine in a British court due to outstanding debts sued. The Russian Ministry of Finance have before the High court in London filed a lawsuit to the repayment of a loan in the amount of three billion dollars (2.7 billion euros) and compensation for Justizkosten to achieve, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanow according to the news Agency Interfax.
The lawsuit is after “numerous attempts” have been filed, the Ukraine to “a constructive dialogue on the restructuring of their debt” as well as to the confession to move, “that the of Russia held debt to a formal loan,” said Siluanow. The Minister criticised the fact that Ukraine was not ready to have been, “honest negotiations” to lead. An offer of Moscow, the repayment under the Western guarantees on a three-year stretch, had the government in Kiev rejected.

Credit to ousted Yanukovych
Kiev and Moscow argue long about the loan, Russia, its neighboring country in 2013 just before the fall and the escape of prorussischen President Viktor Yanukovych granted.
