Motorola considering Windows Phone devices is going to make

Mobieltjesmaker Motorola considering Windows Phone to use on future smartphones. That says a senior official of the manufacturer, is now mostly mobile phones with global-leading Android operating system.

According to ceo Sanjay Jha, during a conference in Boston, Motorola look Windows Phone 7 a strong platform. That reports Fierce Wireless. The American manufacturer now makes only smartphones with Android and dumbphones, but spent previously devices with Windows Mobile.

Previously denied Motorola still surely are busy with something else than Android. The manufacturer has much to benefit from Googles mobile operating system, and has made a comeback thanks to Android and the support of the American telecom provider Verizon Wireless. The latter has a lot of money was put into promoting the Droid series of Motorola smartphones. In Europe, Motorola’s success with its waterproof smartphone Defy.

It is unclear why Motorola now Windows Phone are considering. Perhaps the manufacturer is not sure about the future of Android, now many manufacturers are faced with patent claims of Apple, Microsoft and various patentbedrijven.
