Spire gives Gemini-cooler update

Hardware manufacturer Spire has its Gemini cooler in a new jacket released. The third revision of the cooler is equipped with two included fans, whose rotational speed by a single fan controller can be arranged.

The Gemini cooler, Spires successor of the Eclipse, consists of a copper heat sink with the processor in contact with. Six copper heatpipes with a diameter of 6mm stitches through the base and carry the heat to fifty-two aluminum fins. The cooling fins have a dented surface, the heat exchange should promote. A black nickel layer should have a rustproof finish.

Spire provides a standard two 120mm fans with the Gemini Rev.2. The two Blackstars are by means of a fan controller to the desired speed selected, the fan controller in a free pci expansion slot to be confirmed. The rotational speed of the fans can vary from 600 to 1700rpm. Obviously, the Gemini on all current sockets from AMD and Intel to be confirmed. The cooler is from August 1, for 45 euro available.
