Gearbox Software is working on a patch for Duke Nukem Forever. The patch for the pc version of the game, but must also appear for the consoleversies. After the patch the hero four weapons to carry instead of two.
Chris Faylor, community manager of Gearbox Software, on the forum of the developer released that there working on a patch for Duke Nukem Forever. The patch will appear for the pc version of the game, although according to Faylor also working on updates for the consoleversies of the game. The pc-patch expands the arsenal of the hero. That could so far only two weapons to carry. The developer, however, has listened to criticism from fans of the game and expands that number to four. According to Faylor, applies the new number, however, only during the single-player campaign of the game. Furthermore, the Valve Anti-Cheat System built in, the game gets voice chat and is it possible to change the field of view to adjust. Faylor makes not known when the patch appears.
Shooter game Duke Nukem Forever was released in June, after a difficult development process, that more than a decade took. The game was generally poorly reviewed, but by fans of its predecessors, yet massively bought, although some market analysts had expected.
