Panasonic announces 3d projector with full hd

Panasonic has its first 3d projector with full hd released. The PT-AT5000E uses for 3d use of the same active glasses as the Viera 3d tv’s. In Europe, it is the projector, probably for the first time at the IFA trade show in september.

The PT-AT5000E uses for the production of the image, use of three transparent full hd lcd’s, which, depending on the region, with 400 or 480Hz will be able to switch. Panasonic calls this projector technology 3LCD. Combined with overdrive technology, it should lead to a very low crosstalk in 3d display.

The PT-AT5000E uses the active 3d glasses that also with the Viera 3d tvs of the brand can be used. The projector has a built-in ir transmitter with a range of six metres, and optionally, an extender is available which the range is further increased.
