Hardware manufacturer Cooler Master, the successor of the Hyper 212 cooler released. The company released the Hyper 612 is already in march, during the Cebit in Germany, but the high-end cooler now in mass production is taken.
The Hyper 612S have good koeleigenschappen combine with a low noise level. The S in the product name stands for Silent, and the cooler is also supplied with a special fan which, thanks to special fins low noise level. Moreover, it is an adapter included, which, thanks to its built-in resistance, the fan speed can reduce from 1300rpm to 900rpm. The noise level should decrease from 22.5 dBA: 16.1 dBA.
The cooler features a copper base and six heatpipes with a diameter of 6mm through stitches. The heatpipes carry the heat to a large cooling tower with aluminium fins. The mutual distance between the ribs, the airflow increase the noise level minimize. Cooler Master provides a single fan, but a second can with the included mounting hardware to the cooler to be attached. The Hyper 612S will need in september for 45 euro available.
In addition to the Hyper 612S brings Cooler Master a second version of the 612, the Hyper 612 PWM. This one comes with a fan that a rotational speed of 600 to 2000 revolutions per minute. A third cooler, the GeminII S524, with 140mm fan supplied. A price and launch date of these two coolers is not yet known.
