Developer Obsidian Entertainment wants to be the promised patch for the pc version of Dungeon Siege III this week release. The patch makes it possible to change the keyboard layout to customize and add strafing to the rpg.

Obsidian Entertainment shows in a blog know that the patch for the pc version within a week should be available. The patch will be on Steam to be distributed. The developer had already let know that it is a patch want to freely give, to complaints about the pc version to cater. With the patch are two of the meestgehoorde complaints resolved. Totally against prevailing conventions in, in version 1.0 of the game, the distribution of the features in the game on the different buttons of the keyboard not to be adjusted. The patch makes that possible. Each function can have two buttons gekloppeld, as in most pc games common.

In addition, it makes the patch possible to the character that the player controls to the left and right to move. This so-called open the gate and leave in version 1.0 was not possible. The player can make the character just for the axis and then in a new direction. Also in this week’s Obsidian of the applicable conventions. Another frequent complaint is Obsidian not yet meet: the cameravoering, the developer has changed nothing. Also after the patch there are still only two views to choose from, which little differ from each other. The view over the playing field remains therefore bad.
