French search engine is claiming 295 million euros of Google

A French internet company that search engines has developed is a lawsuit against Google started. The company is claiming compensation of € 295 million for the abuse of power and preferential treatment of own services.

In addition to the compensation, requires the company 1PlusV that Google is three months long details about its anticompetitive activities on its French site. The Paris based company accuses Google assumes that it is already four years long 1PlusV’s advertising and other activities frustrating. 1PlusV speaks in a declaration against Bloomberg about “suffocation of technological competitors” and “manipulation of search results’.

1PlusV is responsible for the legal search engine Ejustice.fr. These and other search engines would hardly be profitable with ad revenue, in part because of Google Adsense ad network links to its own search engine. The alternative search engines would then also be forced to Googles technology to use. The amount of the compensation would be based on loss of income. Google would be some websites furthermore, a disadvantage by not allowing them ads of competitive advertising.
