The film is based on the biography by Walter Isaacson. That biography appeared shortly after the death of Jobs in 2011. The script is by Aaron Sorkin, who also used The Social Network wrote, a film about Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg from 2010.
Michael Fassbender plays the role of Steve Jobs, while Seth Rogen will appear as Steve Wozniak. The trailer shows Fassbender as Jobs on the stage at a product launch, with a dialogue in the background. The trailer doesn’t give much away about the film itself.
It is the second film about the life of the Apple founder. The first, Jobs, appeared a few years ago, with Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs.
