The Turkish police has 32 people arrested that tires would have with the internetgroepering Anonymous. They would have been involved in various ddos attacks. Previously, there were in Spain even though people arrested.

The arrests followed after several government websites were attacked by hackers, which would be tied to Anonymous. The hackers protested against plans of the Turkish government, which has an internet filter you want to set. The 32 detainees would be something with the ddos attack on government websites. They are currently being interrogated by the police, which is still unknown is what made them charged will be.
